Search and selection
Occasionally, a more structured approach is required when a client is hunting for the proverbial ‘needle in the haystack’. Aware that we are to some extent responsible for our clients’ reputation – integrity, honesty and discretion are all key features of our Search and Selection offering.
Each new assignment will begin with an in-depth consultation to establish a position specification and search plan based on your unique requirements. Following a period of research, networking, identification, headhunting and interviewing, we will provide you with a fully validated candidate shortlist and executive report. Naturally, we will assist with any interview arrangements, candidate / client feedback, negotiation of employment terms and on-boarding process; quite simply, we don’t stop working until our candidate is safely through your doors.
