For those of you who have not yet been introduced to the world of LinkedIn; LinkedIn is the world's largest online professional network. The site effectively allows professionals from all walks of life to interact with fellow professionals and exchange information, ideas and knowledge.

In order to continuously provide our candidates and clients with exceptional recruitment services, we feel that it is essential for our business to live and breathe the market sectors in which we work, whether it be following the latest news and developments via field specific journals or regularly liaising with industry professionals.

So, we set about trying to think of a way that we could combine the two whilst also providing useful information to those working in the industry.

As a result, X4 Group has set up a group on LinkedIn called X4 Group - Pharma and Med Devices UK Network to "provide a platform for UK Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices professionals from all walks of life to discuss the things that matter most to them in their working lives."

The group is now host to 102 members from Scientists to Quality Engineers and Heads of Compliance through to Project Managers - a real eclectic mix of professional talent from the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical world. As the group grows in size, so too will the amount of content and we actively encourage all members to participate by introducing any news or discussion topics which you think might be of interest to other members of the group.
