As part of our ongoing commitment to best practice and outstanding professionalism in the recruitment sector, the X4 Group Ltd recently became a corporate member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation).
The REC is the representative body for the UK's private recruitment and staffing industry and their mission is "to be recognised as the informed choice of the recruitment community, influencing government and business today for the benefit of Members and the employment market of tomorrow".
Critically, aside from recognising the significant impact that recruitment has on almost every sector of the UK economy and lobbying on behalf of their members to government and UK business, the REC exists to raise standards within the recruitment industry.
As a corporate member of the REC, the X4 Group is committed to abide by the REC Code of Professional Practice, which ensures that as an agency and as individuals within the company, we are constantly and consistently working to the highest possible levels of quality and delivering the most professional service to our clients and candidates.
X4 Group's Business Manager Gary Melton commented: "The REC logo is effectively the hallmark of quality within the recruitment industry.
