Field Service Engineer: We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join this leading medical devices company. The Field Services Engineer will take a critical role from day one, assuming responsibility for a range of field based activities, relating to their vast range of respiratory equipment, throughout the London area.
Field Service Engineer - key responsibilities:
- Visit customers to provide service and assistance relating to the support of all products
- Identifying customer requirements and effectively solving their needs
- Provide after-sales support for products at customer sites
- Produce accurate service reports and relevant documentation to ensure service records are maintained
- Provide advice, technical assistance / support, troubleshooting
Field Service Engineer - qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
- Medical equipment knowledge, ideally respiratory equipment
- Solid academic background
- Comprehensive experience in a Field Engineer capacity
- Time management and problem solving skills
