Field Service Engineer: A fantastic opportunity exists for a Field Service Engineer to join this exceptional medical devices company. Working across the London region, the Field Service Engineer will take a critical customer facing role, providing on-site technical assistance for a range of company products.

Field Service Engineer - key responsibilities:

• Scheduled routine maintenance
• Equipment repairs
• Educating customers on all aspects of company products
• Complete all repairs efficiently and effectively in line with company standards
• Maintain and safekeeping of test equipment and tools
• Telephone technical assistance
• Provide on-call emergency technical assistance when required
• Compliance with all aspects of the quality system

Field Service Engineer - qualifications, skills and experience:

• HNC or equivalent qualification in electronics or a related discipline
• Comprehensive experience and a proven track record of technical product repairs in a field / workshop environment, ideally within a hospital
• Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good customer skills
• Basic knowledge of IT programs, particularly the Microsoft suite and the internet
• Flexibility to be field based
