Mechanical Design Engineer - Solidworks: A fantastic contract opportunity exists for an accomplished Mechanical Design Engineer to join this Midlands based manufacturing company. The Mechanical Design Engineer will take an important role from the outset, bringing comprehensive all round mechanical knowledge to assist the dedicated design team.
Mechanical Design Engineer - Solidworks - key requirements:
- Proven experience in the design and development of mecha-tronic products; working knowledge of sheet metal, casting and fabrication practices
- Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 3D CAD Solid-Works user
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with the full product lifecycle from design through test to development
- Experience in the design of printers or labelling machines would be a significant advantage.
- Computer literate
- Advanced user of Microsoft suite
