Mechanical Engineer / Development Engineer: This exceptional Yorkshire based organisation is looking to recruit an outstanding Mechanical Engineer / Development Engineer. This exciting position has arisen due to a significant increase in workload and the Mechanical Engineer / Development Engineer can expect a minimum 6 month contract.

Tasks will be varied and will involve working as part of a dedicated team including the completion of surface modelling and liaising with and dealing with tool makers. Any experience in these areas would be highly desirable but not essential.

Mechanical Engineer / Development Engineer: qualifications and experience:

• Complete design, assemble prototypes, test, process reports and complete reviews as needed
• Prepare, review and release CAD models, drawings and product materials for production
• Pro Engineer experience - ideally version 4
• Any amount of plastic injection moulding experience would be a considerable advantage
• CNC experience and knowledge.

Interviews are available for this role as of 19th February and though the client could feasibly wait 4 weeks for the right candidate, an immediate start is much preferred.
