Project Engineer - FMCG / Pharmaceutical: We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a dedicate Project Engineer to join a large global business based in East Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the Engineering Projects Leader, the Project Engineer will take responsibility for managing the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, ensuring successful delivery of projects is made on time and to budget.

Project Engineer - FMCG/Pharmaceutical - Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple concurrent projects
• Provision of close liaison between engineering and production during equipment installation
• Health and safety management
• Ensure that all projects are researched thoroughly so to deliver the necessary requirements on time, to specification and to budget
• Planning engineering works which minimise impact on production operations and down time
• Communicate effectively through all stages of projects
• Ensure projects are successfully handed over on completion

Project Engineer - FMCG / Pharmaceutical- qualifications and experience:

• Solid academic background with a Degree in Engineering or an engineering related degree with project engineering experience
• Candidates with relevant engineering experience and currently holding a similar post will also be considered, regardless of degree status
• Comprehensive Project Management ability with the ability to use IT packages
• Proven experience in either a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
• Knowledge of cGMP is a distinct advantage
• A mechanical engineering bias is a bonus but by no means essential providing you are capable of fulfilling the role
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
