QA Manager / Regulatory Affairs Manager/Quality Manager/ Quality Affairs Manager - We are looking for a QA Manager / Regulatory Affairs Manager/Quality Manager/ Quality Affairs Manager to join this leading medical devices company in the London area. The QA Manager / Regulatory Affairs Manager/Quality Manager/ Quality Affairs Manager will take responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System whilst constantly striving to improve efficiency and effectiveness in line with the business strategy.
QA Manager / Regulatory Affairs Manager/Quality Manager/ Quality Affairs Manager - key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain the QMS and related processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008
- Manage the internal audit programme
- Liaise with key suppliers
- Produce all necessary technical analysis reports and accompanying documents
- Work closely with various management personnel to ensure compliance
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with Health and Safety policy whilst reporting any incidents and identifying corrective action systems
- Encourage all personnel in issues of best practice
QA Manager / Regulatory Affairs Manager/Quality Manager/ Quality Affairs Manager - qualifications, skills and experience:
- Thoroughly experienced lead auditor - ideally ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008
- Ideally degree qualified in an engineering related discipline
- In depth knowledge of the Medical Devices Directive
- Experience within the medical devices sector would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- IT literate
