Quality Assurance Engineer: We are looking to speak with a seasoned Quality Engineer with defence experience to join this exceptional global organisation. Working closely with a number of key personnel, the Quality Assurance Engineer will take a critical role from the outset.

Quality Assurance Engineer - key responsibilities:

• Attending design and safety reviews
• Controlling and selecting subcontractors
• Reviewing documentation and deviations
• Monitoring proof of design testing and other related analysis
• Ensuring an audit schedule is implemented to align with design programmes, ISO 9000 and CMMI
• Co-ordination of activities to satisfy all businesses within the industry including project, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and other activities

Quality Assurance Engineer - qualifications, skills and experience:

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to be diplomatic
• Comprehensive Quality Engineering experience within the defence sector.
• Solid academic background ideally with a degree /HND qualification and design and development experience
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
• Security cleared or eligibility for security clearance
