Quality Assurance Manager: This exceptional medical devices company is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join their professional team and perform the role of Quality System Management representative.

Quality Assurance Manager - key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction to all quality assurance and quality systems compliance activities
  • Ensure quality systems are correctly developed, implemented and maintained
  • Provide leadership and guidance to engineers, technicians for the duration of the project
  • Investigate product issues and make certain the correct preventative/corrective actions are implemented
  • Ensure the CAPA systems are operating effectively
  • Implement the requirements of the FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDD

Quality Assurance Manager - qualifications and experience:

  • Solid understanding of the medical devices industry and medical products
  • Trained in Quality Management Systems - ISO9001, ISO13485 and 21 CFR 820
  • Knowledge of SPC and quality tools
  • Experience of completing an FDA audit would be highly beneficial
  • Background in electrical / mechanical devices
  • Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
