An established Medical device company is currently looking for a Quality Controller to join their Quality team. This is a customer facing role and the Quality Controller will be responsible for coordinating customers with the Quality team and will be require to control all quality systems in place to ensure effective service delivery to the customer.
The Quality Controller will also be required to conduct complaint investigations and take corrective or preventative actions where necessary therefore previous Quality systems experience is essential.
Quality Controller - Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the sole representative for the customer
- Support and host customer visits to site
- Complaint Investigation
- Implement investigations into exceptions
