Quality Engineer: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join this superb Oxfordshire based medical devices company. The Quality Engineer will take a key role from the outset, taking responsibility for a range of activities within the RA/QA function of the business.

Quality Engineer - Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the quality system to comply with ISO and EU regulations
• Support new product development
• Act as a representative for the quality team on project teams for both design and supply chain
• Provide quality engineering support to global regulatory submissions and inspections
• Ensure products and processes meet the optimum levels of safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Plan and support activities for process validation including master validation plans, FMEAs, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports
• - Supporting the CAPA system

Quality Engineer - qualifications, skills and experience:

• Sound academic background including a degree qualification in engineering or a science discipline
• Ideally candidates will also be a certified quality engineer / auditor
• Comprehensive experience with new product development and manufacturing medical devices
• In depth working knowledge of ISO13485
• Solid track record of leading process validation teams
• Excellent knowledge of design of control, CAPA, internal audits and risk management
