Quality Engineer - This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join this West Yorkshire based Medical Devices Manufacturer on a contract basis. The Quality Engineer will be joining the company to carry out a specific role for the organisation as they currently have a product going through FDA approval process and consequently there is an abundance of associated Quality / QA work which needs carrying out punctually and effectively.

Quality Engineer - Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality system in place is suitable to establish compliance with FDA requirements
• Ensure all procedures and devices are prepared to pass FDA inspections
• Maintain, update and oversee the quality systems in place
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Technical Manager to achieve results
• Re-writing manuals and procedures where necessary

Quality Engineer - qualifications, skills and experience:

• Comprehensive experience within the medical devices industry
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and FDA Quality Systems regulations
• Work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
