Validation engineer / Manufacturing engineer

Job details

Validation engineer / Manufacturing engineer / Validation quality engineer required for an injection moulding organisation based south of London. It is essential that an individual has worked as a validation engineer / manufacturing engineer within an injection moulding manufacturing environment whether it be metals or plastics. Strong commercial experience within an ISO 9000/9001 environment is essential.

A general understanding of statistics is essential as the role will involve reports that include areas such as:
- Guage R&R's
- Mean and standard deviation
- CPK's

Validation report writing will be key to the role and experience of writing and organising execution of IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT and SAT protocols is required. Strong Design of experiments (DOE) understanding is also preferred.

Considerable communication skills are essential as providing training to manufacturing and quality engineering staff will also be part of the role as well as supplier / customer liaising.
