Validations Engineer: This outstanding Midlands based packaging company is looking for a Validations Engineer to join its team. Taking a key role across all aspects of Validations, the post holder will be responsible for a range of important duties.

Validations Engineer: Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ on all tooling and machinery
• Work in conjunction with the projects team and quality department to ensure new project validation deadlines are achieved
• Create validation protocols and produce comprehensive validation reports
• Ensure all work is completed with adherence to health and safety regulations
• Liaise with maintenance and engineering to improve, maintain and upgrade machinery
• Sterilisation / Packaging validations

Validations Engineer: qualifications, skills and experience:

• Excellent understanding of machinery, sterilisation validations, process and packaging to comply with European and US requirements
• Firm understanding of GMP, ISO9001, ISO13485 and cleanroom operations
• Proven background in packaging, production and sterilisation methods within the medical devices industry
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
