Training Development Programme

Developed for trainees without prior recruitment experience, our 30 module Training Development Programme consists of interactive group presentations and individual coaching from your manager, uniquely tailored to providing you with the ongoing knowledge and skills essential to build a successful recruitment career.

Management Development Programme

Our module based Management Development Programme is designed for ambitious consultants who are ready to develop their leadership skills in preparation for making the transition into a management position. Progression is not down to length of employment, but purely your own merit and success within your role.
